Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nayf ("the Software"), an AI assistant application for macOS provided by Vayme, a company registered in Sweden ("Vayme", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Nayf, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Software

Nayf provides an AI-powered assistant interface that connects to third-party large language models and related services. You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use Nayf to build a competing product.

2. Token-Based Usage

Nayf operates on a token-based usage model. Each interaction with the AI consumes tokens from your account balance. Token packs are purchased on a one-time basis and do not auto-renew. Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire as outlined in your account terms.

3. No Guarantee of Uptime

We provide Nayf on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Software or the third-party services it depends on. We are not liable for downtime, latency, model errors, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

4. User Data

Your use of Nayf is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the Software, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

5. Refunds

Token packs are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vayme's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
