Refund Policy

Nayf token packs and subscriptions are digital products fulfilled instantly upon purchase.

Since Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record for all transactions, purchases are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.

That said, we want you to be happy. If something went wrong with your purchase — a double charge, a technical issue, or you simply haven't used your tokens yet — reach out to us at hello@vayme.com and we'll sort it out.

Tokens that have already been consumed cannot be refunded.
